By engaging with Shahmco Global FZC LLC, corporate clients agree to the following professional standards, operational boundaries, and governance protocols.
1. Professional Advisory Basis
All services provided by Shahmco Global FZC LLC are delivered strictly on a professional advisory and technology consultation basis. We provide guidance, architectural planning, and operational coordination frameworks. Our services do not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice.
2. No Financial Intermediation
Shahmco Global FZC LLC operates exclusively as a B2B service provider. We do not engage in any form of financial intermediation, remittance services, payment processing, or third-party pass-through payment structures on behalf of clients.
3. No Fiduciary Fund Handling
The Company does not act as a custodian, escrow agent, or fiduciary. Under no circumstances will Shahmco Global FZC LLC hold, handle, or manage client funds. All financial obligations related to external vendors or operational partners must be settled directly by the client.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shahmco Global FZC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our advisory and technology services.
5. Governing Law
These Terms, and all contractual agreements entered into with Shahmco Global FZC LLC, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific regulations of the Sharjah Publishing City (SPC) Free Zone.
6. Payment Terms
All professional service fees are strictly invoice-based and clearly defined in the contractual scope of work.
- Payments are accepted exclusively from verified corporate bank accounts.
- Cash transactions are strictly prohibited.
- No commission-based compensation structures are accepted.
